These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh who are 18 years or older. Anyone under 18 cannot create an account or use the platform. By registering, you confirm you are legally an adult and competent.

- Continuing to use the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
- Users will be notified in advance whenever significant changes occur.
Account Creation, Security & Closure Policy
Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts, registering under another’s identity, or providing false information is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in such activities will be suspended or permanently closed immediately.
You are fully responsible for your account security. Keep your password confidential and never share it. If unauthorized access is suspected, immediately Login Page Change your password from here and notify Support Center.
Account Suspension or Closure: 12b may suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:
- If terms are violated.
- If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
- If you harass or harm other users.
- Failure to respond when requested for KYC verification.
Before account closure, any valid balance will be returned according to withdrawal rules unless fraud is proven.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
When using the 12b platform, you must comply with the following:
- Only use the platform for yourself and for lawful purposes.
- Use of hacking, scraping, bots, or any automated systems is prohibited.
- Attempts to illegally access another user’s account are not allowed.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform is prohibited.
- Manipulating game results or attempting to cheat other players is strictly forbidden.
It is unacceptable to exploit any technical glitches for financial gain. If such activities are detected, related transactions may be voided and accounts suspended. Every registered member is responsible for using the platform properly and showing respect to other users.
Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Terms
All transactions at 12b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposit: Deposited funds usually reflect in the account within minutes. Delays may occur due to technical issues.
- Withdrawals: Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing funds. Withdrawals may be delayed without verification.
- Bonus Amount: Wagering requirements apply when withdrawing bonuses. Details are provided alongside each offer.
- Suspected Fraud: Accounts may be temporarily reviewed if unusual transactions are detected.
12b reserves the right to reclaim any excess credits caused by technical errors. Even if the user has used those funds, adjustments will be made later.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third-Party Information
Intellectual Property: All content on the 12b platform — logos, design, text, game interfaces, code, and graphics — is fully protected intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, or republish platform content without permission.
Liability: 12b is not responsible for:
- If a game is canceled due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- If transactions are delayed or blocked by third-party payment gateways.
- 12b is not responsible for losses resulting from the user sharing their account password with others.
- If services are disrupted by external factors (power outages, natural disasters).
Third-Party Links: 12b may occasionally refer to third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. 12b is not responsible for any activities of third parties. Please review the terms of the relevant services yourself.
Applicable Law, Changes to Terms & Contact
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in competent courts.
